About Bayview Pasta

Joshua Felciano, a Healdsburg native, started Bayview Pasta in San Francisco and named it for the neighborhood where he found his kitchen.

He buys organic wheat directly from American farms and mills the flour himself at a low temperature, which keeps more flavor and nutrients. The pasta is made by hand, and each batch carries the date its flour was milled.
