About Sciabica
The Sciabica family has been pressing olive oil in California since 1936, using methods the founder's father learned in Sicily. Five generations later, the family still runs it from the same land in Modesto.
Every oil is extra virgin, unrefined, and cold pressed on their own farm. Theirs is the oldest continuously produced olive oil in California.
