About Bird and Bear
Dan and Ella Streetman started Bird and Bear in San Francisco's Cole Valley in 2020, naming it after their twin daughters' nicknames.
Dan has spent nearly twenty years in specialty coffee, including time at Sightglass. Each coffee is roasted fresh to order, and he buys through direct relationships with growers.
