About Yugeta
Yugeta is a family soy sauce brewery in Saitama, just outside Tokyo, founded in 1923 and now led by the fourth generation. The soy sauce is made with Japanese-grown soybeans and wheat, and aged for about a year in open wooden vats.
How to use it
Use it where you can taste it: on sashimi and sushi, over a soft egg and rice, in a dipping sauce for dumplings, or stirred into a marinade at the end.
