About Volcano Kimchi
Aruna Lee was born in South Korea and grew up in a Buddhist monastery, where home-grown vegetables were at the heart of every meal. She moved to San Francisco in 2001 and started Volcano Kimchi in 2014.
Her kimchi is organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no refined sugar, and most of the ingredients come from local organic growers.
