Wadaman Sesame
Roasted Japanese sesame from a fifth-generation family in Osaka, delivered in San Francisco.
About Wadaman
Wadaman is a fifth-generation sesame house in Osaka, Japan, more than 130 years old. It is known above all for its roasting: the seeds are carefully sorted and cleaned, then roasted slowly to bring out their aroma without burning.
How to use it
A spoonful lifts simple food. Stir sesame paste into dressings and noodle sauces, sprinkle roasted seeds over rice, greens or avocado toast, and finish soups or stir-fries with a few drops of sesame oil.
